Daniel P. Weinreb Principal
Daniel P. Weinreb brings almost 20 years of experience and a vast real estate
background to Paragon Realty Group LLC. Prior to joining Paragon, Dan was instrumental
in assembling and redeveloping nearly a one-million-square-foot portfolio of retail
properties at his former firm, where he held the position of Senior Vice President.
Prior employment also includes working as a real estate broker in New York as
well as being responsible for the re-development, leasing and management of a
2,000,000 square-foot real estate portfolio. Dan is a summa cum laude graduate
of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is also a member of
Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Business Honor Society. He is a past chairman of
the Real Estate Executives Division of UJA-Federation and served for three years
on the Board of Governors of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of
New York, of which he is also a past treasurer.
